Bout ye Judy - or should I say, "G'day, Sheila!"

Not hard to follow at all! That was just MY sense of humour. Do you follow?

Rave on: I'd still prefer to say 'G'day'..it's a certainty to let all know where one is from! Has anyone heard J.H. still say it..? When I visited last year and 'surprised' him, he immediately said "Oh...sh..t, G'day, Mum"..!!!

Is that the one that goes like this?

Once a jolly swagman camped by a Ravinghill
Under the shade of the Guinness marquee
And he sang as he watched and waited till his Guinness poured
"Who'll come a-waltzing Matilda with me?"

Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda,
Who’ll come a waltzing Matilda with me?
And he sang as he watched and waited till his Guinness poured
"Who'll come a-waltzing Matilda with me?"

OFF TOPIC. This should have been posted in the Technobabble forum anyway...

The easiest way to see your posts FH is to click on your name at the bottom of the main Forum Index (where it says who is online)

Thanks again folks - no I'm not havin you on. I am fairly computer literate but just unfamiliar with posting on this board.

I've found the box at the bottom of the main MB! I can now navigate using that - still haven't found the yellow flags though, but never did like yellow as a colour so maybe my brain is ignoring them.

JH - yes I am in Norn Iron and have just found a way to put that in my profile.

This is what you are looking for and you will find them on the LHS of screens but not once an individual topic is selected.

Image

Hover your pointer over one and you will get an 'info' description of the symbol.

At the bottom of the Forum Index screen below the list of Registered Users who are online, you will find 3 symbols together with their explanatory text.
