Magnanananananamous in defeat, well done dewi - the true spirit of rugby. :salut:

A passing labrador tells me that BallyClare may have a better chance of beating Regent this year IF there's a repeat of last season's semi (even without Robert Smyth). :duck:

wot news of the draw, anyone?

Gutted about the BRA result. They were 13-0 up at half time and played very well in the first half. Second half performancew as very poor - two tries from Ballyclare in quick succession put an end to BRA's chances. The last five minutes were agonising to watch as BRA actually got themselves together again but it wasn't to be :(

One of the dogs on the street tells me that RHS despite last year's experience seem to have gone backwards. Didn't play intelligent rugby and butchered a 5 on 2 and a 4 on 2.

Error strewn performance which if repeated against a better team would be punished. Lack of organisation within the team

.... or so the dog told me!

(I'm sure you know the dog's name)

Yeah I've heard something similar to be honest

Although some posters on this would object to any team being considered better than Larne :stir:

Still, another wee day out on the hallowed turf of Ravers this year again - possibly (probably) just the one day though!

Now, now - play nice!

(and also, have a wee read over the thread from last year's final - with the passing of nearly a year, you may find something new in it, that you couldn't see when the wounds were still raw)

I hope the passing of time has helped put your achievement in a better perspective. you can perhaps enjoy it better and take more pride in it.

BRA match was one of the worst schools cup games i've seen,it never got out of second gear and even the big crowd were pretty quiet.

A match dominated by forwards although the BRA backs looked dangerous on the very limited occasion they had the ball in hand. BHS simply wanted the match more and were deserved winners.Good luck to them in what will be a tough semi.
