Just read Rum's comment about a coach's challenge. Same suggestion made on Babbling Brook and I have some sympathy for it. Let the players get on with playing.
Evidence to suggest Rumn is a D4 plant
Or just a plant? :flower:

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

Channel 4 reported it as "man who believes the earth is 6000 years old" becomes leader of NI biggest party. Nicely juxtaposed with the item about the 4.5 billion year old meteorite going on display in the Natural History Museum  I've seen him quoted as saying it's 4000 years old. The meteorite?

Don't think so - looks like a regular course to me.

But then I don't know one end of a golf bat to another, so I ain't an expert.

Speaking of golf bats . . . nah, forget it, it doesn't matter.

Re: Rainbow Cup

The character and fight is certainly there, and that will go a long way. We do still lack that bit of quality and composure, especially in taking our chances, but that will come with experience. Agree with most of what you say, but that last bit seems to have been the feeling around Ulster for the ...

Re: NORN IRON

It's a Newsletter "heritage" competition and while the locations are getable a couple of them are extremely difficult regarding the precise dates i.e a bloke painting a boat in front of Carrickfergus castle and a pic of a security checkpoint for shoppers in Belfast c. mid 70s  Guy painting...

Re: Rory McIlroy

I was hoping some of the golfing nerds may have gleaned some clues from the length of his mashie niblick or summat   Haven't heard them called niblicks before, but mashed niblick might account for the way he's standing - right leg slightly raised , leg bending in towards his mashed ni...

Re: Rory McIlroy

Did his best to mess it up at 18. He was quality for 71 holes. Was quality for 72 holes - just some of it was high quality, some was low quality. First round wasn't high quality. Last hole was poor first shot, but recovery was quality - ie, decision making was quality - took the best option. It's a...

Re: Rory McIlroy

Don't care about your photy Merv - Rory's back. nearly blew it on the last, but held his nerve to win by one. First win as a daddy (that we know of >EW  ) On Americy's Mummy's Day with the missus and Poppy there to see it. Poppy looked less than amused though. :( The world is back to rights......

The Captain's Challenge In two games to date the Captains challenge has been used contrary to the law which says you should do nothing to identify a foul by an opponent ie something which could see a player sent off . Up to 75 minutes the captain's challenge can only be used for foul play or an inf...

Re: Ulster in the Challenge Cup

I think Ulster maybe underestimated Leicester, us being 8th in our league looks like it should have been easy, the detail was that we have been losing to sides by being the architects of our own downfall with giving away more penalties than anyone else, for the most part we fixed that in this game....
