Re: Absent Friends

We’re in Berlin and just about to raise a glass to Stew McDowall who sadly passed on 16 June, having missed his funeral service today. He was the first to properly welcome us into the UR family and away trips, in particular, will never be the same again. It was a pleasure to be sitting next to him ...

Re: Pre Season Games 2022/23

Why would we want to play Glasgow? Could we not get another English side, meaybe even a French team? Cost. We would need to pay an Engerlish or Frenchy team to come here for what is after all just a training session against players from outside our own squad. Can get as much out of playing Weegies ...

Andy Kyriacou - forwards
Do they have a Skills Coach?

Seemed to be lacking all ability in the skill of catching the ball last time they were in Belfast.

A good turn out?

Would the cleaning bill (spilt milk/beer/pi$$) not make it unprofitable for each defeat?

That was my thinking but I was told Bulls carry forward Leinster’s ranking as they beat them !!!! Apparently not. Beating a higher ranked team in the qf gave you home advantage in the semi, but Final will be at the home of tomorrow's winner. That's what they're saying on TV, and no reason to doubt ...
