Re: Petrie departs…..

Watched him play for Dungannon for years.

I'd wait until he's in post before we all criticise him.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

I'm pleased with the signing.

Any time I've seen him he's been physical in defence and a real threat in attack, always playing with passion.

When Stockdale gets the ball my heart is in my mouth and I dread to see what will unfold, so can see the attraction with a safe pair of hands.

Re: Bryn what do I do?

Why would McCall want to come to this. He's got more things in his CV than virtually every CV coach in NH rugby, why would he take a backward step. Has humph not taken a post in cricket or something? And ge was quick enough out the door iirc. I think Dan's felt the loss of Payne and peel more than w...

Re: Ulster v Connacht

Gutted doesn't cover it. The intensity of the last 5- 10 mins - where was that earlier in the game. All the bon homie- jacob at the start, leaving at the end- it's not a fecking carnival. Game head on, kill dead things, then do social media tom kite another day, not during a knock out. Tell you what...

Re: The run in

Watched the Munster game, fair play to Munster, good fight back.

Fancied Glasgow to beat Connaught, but the first scrum shoes it might be even enough!

Re: Ulster Signings

Where would eos be off to?

Gilroy , Jordi can understand.

Duane , been glad to have him, good morale booster at the time of signing, good hard nut replacement in ewers though.

When was the last time we had a dedicated scrum coach? Are they a thing of the past?

Did we not have reggie corrigan on the go at one stage?

Re: Vermeulen

Only in Ulster could we sign one of the best players playing in the world and find reason to moan. Honestly. Think of the dross we've signed over the years who held back local talent for no obvious benefit, now think of this fella- 35 or not. He's won a world cup and still in the mix for the world c...

It's some squad if he's not in it.

Would he start ahead of conan if he was Irish? I'd say aye all day long.

Re: Welcome to Ulster Leone Nakarawa

Hopefully get some slightly unknown but rock hard and reliable Saffer back row. I always liked the play of that fella Wiese from Leicester who came to them from the Cheetas. Not bothered about paying big bucks for a big name- hard graft and go forward and availability are the main things in my mind.
