I suppose the point is that we have only so much to go round in terms of resources, so we can't really afford to be taking a punt on some complete unknown - and, in so far as its possible to judge, never having seen the guy play, his cv shows nothing to suggest he'll be up to the grade. i went for ulster win, bp sarries too, and went through the same process of questioning whether my heart or head was talking.. on the one hand, i thought that in the first half we were terrible, turning over time after time, and lacking basic ball skills, yes I know the weather was bad etc etc, but ...

actually I don't especially mind going to islington.. Angel's just near King's Cross on the Tube map, but is that one of those deceptive ones where it's actually about a mile away?? just thinking about getting back into town after, piccadilly line looks quickest..
