Re: Neil best

He would get in the Ireland team on that form. maybe he just got fed up playing with such an average team. playing with quuality now will bring back the Great Playing Neil Best Neil's form was part of the problem that made Ulster as you say 'average'; Personally I'd say crap, but there you go. I fi...

Re: belfast titans gay rugby team....

As long as it isn’t just a stunt, I have no problem with it. If the blokes were not comfortable at regular clubs that is a problem. It could be their problem or the club’s problem, who can tell. Some people are just looking for an excuse to feel persecuted while others genuinely are subjected to int...

I walk from the car to Ravenhill every second Friday night. That's plenty of exercise.

Hope Best refinds his game at Saints. He is a very good player, just not here.

Re: A Queer Try

If these guys feel they can’t play for regular clubs that is not good.
If they have been driven out of regular clubs, that is worse.
If they have formed the team as a militant gay stunt to make a political point, that is worst of all.

Re: Ulster v Scarlets

Stupid? How so? Fit Trimble would walk into the team at 13- he's one of our best backs. Unfit, off-form Trimble should be dropped or confined to the bench until those problems are rectified. All I'm suggesting that for the Blues we have O'Connor at 10, Wallace at 12 and Dewey at 13. Seems perfectly...

Re: Positives & Negatives: Ulster V Llanelli

All summer I've need arguing for a decent 10 to be signed and I think last night proved my point. Without direction at 10 we're going nowhere fast. Haven't we all (except those who still believe that Ian H can in some way, through a miracle, acquire his brother’s streak of genius). Unfortunately th...

Re: Ulster v Scarlets

I see Dewey as our 13 and Trimble out of the squad with Cave on the bench could you expand on this  Why expand on something so stupid? I really have to laugh at all the ejits on here calling for Cave at 13 and Trimble to be banished. Trimble had a poor game on a bad night when the team as ...

I thought Ed was big physical and aggressive last night. Caldwell gave away another needless penalty last night. If Ferris is fit, he starts.

Re: Positives & Negatives: Ulster V Llanelli

Has to be said, Schif was super last night. OK he missed a few kicks, but it was a mare for goal kicking. He took some major high balls and he is seriously quick of thought. 1. Young 2. Rory 3. BJ 4. Mr Ed 5. Carlo 6. Dawson 7. Pollock 8. Diack 9. Isaac 10. NOC 11. Tim 12. Paddy 13. Trims 14. McCrea...

Re: Positives & Negatives: Ulster V Llanelli

Paddy's distribution was dire.
Llanelli defence was very good and we had no answer.
Wide backs had little chance in the conditions.
Matt is too slow at 6.
Our players seem to attempt to hit the opposition very hard and end up mistiming the tackle.
