Re: Ulster V Connacht

I think it was in the 63rd or 64th minute, Ulster touch down in goal. Ludik takes a quick 22 restart but is tackled / impeded just after he takes the drop out when trying to recollect it by a retreating Connacht player. No referee sanction or call? Was that correct. No, from what I saw he...

Re: What are you drinking?

Don't know if it's been covered here before but what about the pash they serve up in the bars at Spanners? Heineken and Murphy's ffs!! Can Ulster not sign a deal with a brewer who makes decent beer - like Guinness/Smithwicks?

Re: Cider drinkers

The biggest problem at Ravenhill is that the choice is between lager or stout. As a committed Smithwicks or Smickwicks Pale drinker, I would welcome the introduction of a decent ale.

Re: Six Nations Final Week

Team's out. At a quick glance it seems to be as last week except that Vd Flier is injured, replaced by T O'D. Schmidt has no vision. Who would you have replaced Van der Flier with? When I said that Schmidt has no vision, I wasn't referring to TO'D but to the fact that he has made no other changes. ...

Re: Madigan

Surely the fact that we had used a lot of our subs before half time and thus had nothing left for "impact" has something to do with the fact that we lost such a close game?

Re: Ulster are Brill

Not sure how much any scrum half can do when you are conceding penalties at every scrum as you are retreating at a rate of knots. Of course Ruan helped to give us more control, but doubt he would have been aboe to prevent those costly penalties. I am not seeking to defend the Ulster scrum here, but...

Re: Who was your Ulster MOTM vs Oyonnax?

Jackson that last kick alone was " cool under pressure " given he missed shorter last week . The scrum was being cleaned because of boring and bending by the opposition who quickly established that a scrum time the ref was useless . Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk For the avoidance...
