Kidney is bereft of not only players, but also tactical ideas.

Re: Ireland V Italy

O'Mahony was placed on the wing because he is a 'Cork Con ligind'. This has the smell of RWC 2007.

Re: It's offical....again

Was this article written by a 10 year old from Munster? This was actually released by a 'newspaper'? I love they capitalise the beginning of some players' names but not others. I also love how they try to emphasise the importance of the Cork Con 'liginds' at the expense of great Ulster players who h...

Re: Ireland vs France

I always recall Archer being part of the Ireland U19 squad in 2007, and he was one of the most ineffectual front rowers that I had ever seen. Given that Stephen Douglas and Paul Karryiannis were in the front row at the time, he really didn't impress in comparison. On another note, I always thought t...

Re: AIL FIXTURES

I am honestly not espousing 'An Beal Bocht' syndrome in relation to money per se; I am more indicating that promotion and marketing could be better served by the Ulster branch in terms of pushing more people towards the clubs. There are a lot of great games being played from AIL 2B up to 1A and ther...

Re: AIL FIXTURES

AIL rugby definitely has an important place in the overall structure of Irish rugby, and should be afforded more support from the provincial branches (especially the Ulster branch). I play for Instonians and it is a shame to see not only my club being offered next to no support (administratively and...

Re: AIL FIXTURES

If true, it will be intersting to see how the team play against Ballynahinch tomorrow. In the round ball game , a change of manager/coach often results in the team playing better and with more spirit in the immediate aftermath of a new appoinment. Well, they lost 66-5 to Ballynahinch yesterday.

Re: Scotland v Ireland

O'Gara was utterly woeful today, as he has been over the past few seasons. How many chances can he be given in an Ireland shirt, only for him to butcher almost every chance that Ireland had to move ahead? It was even more laughable seeing the reaction from various people on Facebook who claimed that...

Re: Ulster V Castres: Stream

To be honest, I didn't see Ulster topping the group when it was drawn. They have shown doggedness to get this far.
