Re: Boycott the Glasgow game
It has to be a boycott. All this talk of dance in backwards or put sequins over the BoI logo or whatever is nonsense. Those lads didn't grow up wanting to be employed by Ulster Rugby Inc. They grew up wanting to play for Ulster, a team that represented a community and was more than a brand. The endu...

Re: Who will decide
Called this outcome some time ago. I've been watching the rising tide of twitter groupthink with dismay for the last few years. It's a microcosm of modern society really, a vocal few trading virtual virtue currency dictate policy by whining online and normal people daren't stick their head above the...

Re: Who will decide
Not precisely clear on the nature of people's ire with rumncoke here. If its simply that his song was the needlessly crass antics of a provocateur then fair enough, but surely his core message that she lied is something we agree with or, quite frankly, why defend the lads at all?

Re: Payne
Actually there's probably a fair number of people in the world who agree with rumn's stance, but who struggle to summon up the will to contribute to this cesspool of a site. The Garces decision was and remains nonsensical and the laws were "clarified" to support it in retrospect. It has ha...

Re: Jerome Garces
it's interesting the condescenion with which many of you are touting the axiom "intent is irrelevant" it's irrelevent in terms of catagorising this as a foul or otherwise but, given that there is no law which stipulates a red card for a collision resulting in injury, the punishment is at t...

Stade V Ulster in Edinburgh
i've just noticed to my horror its a red button job and the usual irish pubs will likely show leinster.
Anyone know where I can get seeing this? I missed last week because Celtic were playing and nowhere in Aberdeen would oblige me. I might have an "incident" if im foiled again.
