Re: Spreading the Brand no 3

They do the summer camps for kids round the province and players turn up at those, players will also go to clubs, many attend matches in their home town clubs when they are off etc. What more do you suggest they do ? They had a training session in Donegal last summer as well now I just remembered I...

Re: Spreading the Brand no 3

Travelling an hour to get to a game at Ravenhill is not bad going, and really shouldn't put that many people off, there are plenty who do already and as has been pointed out for other sports many travel further. It takes me an hour to travel to my local prem division footie club, and I only live 12...

Bootlaced if you want to support a team that plays all over to try and increase it's support base, go support Scaracens.... I'll try organise for them to play in Belfast soon.... If that is close enough for you?

I think you have missed my point entirely. But you acted like a chube so I won't explain it. sent from my crozier Enlighten me then :banghead: Where do you think 72000 united fans come from? How about getting the Dublin Holyhead boat on a Saturday morning. If people support something they will go. ...

Re: Spreading the Brand no 3

How many people do you think travel to a United Liverpool Rangers or tom kite game every week? Do they do training sessions and matches away from their grounds? No Munster do and look how they are doing financially having backed the wrong city with a stadium. sent from my crozier Actually on reflec...

Re: Spreading the Brand no 3

Keep winning. Alot more people would ask me about Ulster these days. They see Ulster in the news and in the paper. They see the news about our quarter final. You can spend a fortune on marketing in Donegal, Derry and Fermanagh etc but people will be deterred by the travel time etc. Keeping the leag...

Re: Spreading the Brand no 3

 Ulster already is more than a Belfast team and does take young players from around the province ..... AS WELL AS exiles etc. There is no alternative to playing matches at Ravers - It's the right stadium and it would be stupid to not use it now it's been (being) redeveloped. By all means move...

Re: Tom Court leaving?

It would be nice as well to see some of the big lumps around Donegal,Monaghan and Cavan getting the same attention,or is that still considered the wilderness? They are already some in with McGlocks and Naz training in clubs, give them a year or 2 though. You know me old chicken I have heard that so...
