Re: Munster V Ulster Sat 29th Sept 7:15

A Clive Woodward coached England side lost an international to Australia 76-0 in 1996. Imagine that today.... Some of that young English team went on to be world cup winners & British Lions including a 19 year old Jonny Wilkinson. Some players disappeared from that level. Time will tell for our ...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4

BOD calling us out on twitter during this game has really irked me. Whilst we supporters are well aware we have underachieved in the last 10 years I would suggest that Ulster has achieved more than many other European senior club teams. Not good enough but a better leveller of where we are at. If ev...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4

Three coaches this time last year. Got rid of the wrong two. Will not be convinced otherwise.

This is lowest I’ve felt as an Ulster supporter in a long, long time. If ever.... :banghead:

Standard 5 player changes and 2 positional changes this week I suppose.

Would be rude not to.

Re: Champions Cup 17/18

Very true. These are calls they got to get right. To be fair to Garces there'd have been no hanging around.

No idea how Slimani hasn't been cited too.

Both clear reds. Very poor officiating there.

Player welfare paramount.

Re: La Rochelle Vs Ulster Sun 22/10/17 15.15 Sky Sports Acti

So after that can we now expect further changes in front row, second row, back row, half backs, centres & back 3 next week? No clue what starting team will look like week to week.

They were bigger & more importantly better.

Re: La Rochelle Vs Ulster Sun 22/10/17 15.15 Sky Sports Acti

Would anyone expect such a bunch of whingers on the Munster or Leinster boards just because a few players on form have been moved to the bench for impact and experience in an away game in which most people have stated we have little chance? First time I have agreed with what is an excellent selecti...

Re: La Rochelle Vs Ulster Sun 22/10/17 15.15 Sky Sports Acti

Can anyone really imagine a vital European away game where Munster & Leinster would make a number of unforced changed and drop their two "in form" players to the bench?? Do we go out of our way to over think these situations. Either that or seen as a no chance game.... which is it the ...

Re: KISS OUT

Started November 2015 - so only 3 left. Surely some performance related goals built in. The fixture list over next 3 months will define where the whole thing is at. Agree with previous posters re team continuity / youth. Pick our best available team week in / week out with youth selected in front of...

Re: Team to play Zebre.

No doubting we have been fortunate with the fixtures to date - Easily beat a half-baked Cheetahs team (they'd be a different prospect now), squeezed past Treviso (just read the match thread again :banghead: ), inspired Home performance against a good Scarlets side and a comfortable win against a B&a...
