Re: And today, joining the underground .....

Not sure if any of you Nordies used to listen to RTE Radio 2 but Larry Gogan died. Larry will always be remembered for the 'Just a minute quiz'. Some right fecking eejits used to ring into the show to take the quiz and some legendary answers were given. One example below... Larry: As happy as ....?...

Re: Munster Game

Of course on munsterfans, the win doesn't count because the '06 Munster side would have stuffed us. In fairness I think you picked that up wrong. Someone said they needed to get back to traditional Munster style play. Another said that the game had moved on since then and that wasn't the answer. Th...

Re: Christmas Targets pre Euro fixtures

Our annual pasting at the RDS. It is a great pity that this fixture always seems to fall when we've to send a half baked team. Can't remember the last time we sent a strong team to Dublin? Was it 2013 when we beat them? Tired of losing to the mexicans. Quarter-final last March? Before that the leag...

Re: Mexico 2019/20

45-man senior squad is three more than they finished the season with, although the world cup means that Leinster are going to be short of a decent wedge of that squad. Not sure why Kelleher has been re-signed. Not sure he's much of an improvement on what's there and it's all a much of a muchness beh...

Re: Japan RWC

I heard the rumour that Addison might not play again from an Ulster supporter at the quarter-final. Wasn't me who posted it on the Leinster fans forum though.

Hopefully just an overly pessimistic Ulster fan and a story with no substance.

I wonder how many would have been in Glasgow on Saturday for an Ulster Leinster final say?
They'd sold just under 25,000 tickets before the semi-final results.

Re: Ulster Squad 2019/20

Irrelevant question but like this year, next year, Leinster are only allowed to have 2 of Gibson Park, Fardy and Lowe allowed to play in HC. Does that mean we can only have 2 of Coetzee, Faddes and Carter?? Coetzee isn't included in that. Under the Kolpack agreement, Saffers have the same rights as...

Re: Mexico 2018/19

Thinking of Leinster's run in, I reckon they might not be doing themseves many favours by 'resting' their front line players so often. If they looked rusty against us, could it be because they don't play together as often as they should? I know that players must not be over-worked and that injury i...

Munster putting the joke into injury joker.

What are the odds on Matthewson getting a third contract extension after RWC?

Re: Mexico Vs Ulster KO 5.45pm BT Sport 3

Toners absence means one of their 3 overseas players misses out. Fardy, Lowe or JGP will not play. Normally JGP would miss out but if he is dropped they are taking a risk on a newly returned McGrath and a academy scrum half on the bench. Lowe is a good player but may be the most expendable this wee...
