Re: Hairsprays v Ulster Live
Humph better be alright or we are buggered, if we ever needed proof that Pienar is a 9 then we have it!
Gilroy looks full of energy, playing very well.
Spence IMHO would have been the difference between a win and a loss for a certain team who played earlier today with a particularly poor 12.......

Me too! It's also nice to change things from time to time, only so many home shirts with tiny variations people will buy!

Re: Complaints to Celtic League
Would agree with all above, bad refereeing decisions/ TJ decisions are inevitable, only get one quick look to make a decision based on, and I hate blaming the ref for losing games even when that is the case, tends to be swings and roundabouts in the long run. TMO decision is a completely different m...

Re: Treviso v Ulster
Completely agree, I think the use of cross field kicks was in response to their defence, a few plays around the fringes and they became really narrow, we exploited that very well ( big game for iHumph!) I genuinely think that tmo decision needs a reaction, inexplicable and apauling, he should lose h...

Re: Cardiff V Ulster
I actually feel pretty excited by that team, something of the reverse of how I felt when I looked at the Ireland team. This is a great chance for the boys to wipe away the memories of the last few games!

Re: Ireland vs All Blacks
As promised I am truly raging and angry. What in the hell is wrong with that short sighted idiot. Why oh why oh why is Reddan anywhere near a green jersey (although he wouldnt notice, apparently when giving the ball he cant tell the difference between Jersey colours!). Sexton...great, he is going to...

Re: Ireland vs All Blacks
Hayes starts- Ill be disgusted Reddan starts- Ill be raging Sexton starts- Ill be angry Buckley starts- Ill be annoyed Any other of the possible combinations I reckon are fair enough, the goal of this game has to be to keep the score sensible. Happened to be at Murrayfield last week, do not want to ...

Re: Cardiff V Ulster
Hardly any point in Emerick coming back is there? Am Inot right in saying that his contract is up in a matter of weeks? Would like to see Smith back in at 15, feel D'arcy was full of effort last time round, but not actually particularly effective. Having said that wont be upset either way. Agree wou...

Re: IRE V the whole of Samoa
Anyone watch the Leicester match last night?
Murphy looked pretty solid to me, not stunning but made good choices, better ball handling than most of our guys on Saturday, including some great offloads.
Maybe time for DK to get on the phone and book him a flight to Dublin??

Re: IRE V the whole of Samoa
Very close to my team, I'd have Earls at 15, Fitz at 14 ( let's see if he can match his effort with a bit more skill and finesse) and BOD at 13 ( I have been persuaded that he is perhaps not quite match fit rather than not fit in general, and needs another game). I'd also like to give Best another r...

Re: Ireland Ticket Prices
Feel that's a bit harsh on ROG, I thought he worded that really well, must be really tough for the players to play the first game at a new stadium, and see it half full. I have no doubt the players are all angry at the IRFU, and Im sure things are being said behind closed doors.

Re: IRE V SA
I have long been a fan of no bonus points in the 6N, but have to say I am now with you fuzzylogic, it may well be just the sort of kick up the proverbial to get the NH teams playing some real attacking rugby. I disagree that it is a real issue re someone losing the championship despite winning the g...

Re: IRE V the whole of Samoa
Will be very unhappy given the woeful performance Saturday if P Wallace isn't at the very least on the Bench. I think that ROG will certainly start against NZ, but actually Sexton may get a second chance. Reddan should drop out of match day squad, but again given recent choices, may stay in ( please...

Re: IRE V SA
Surprised no one else has mentioned this, maybe it's just my memory through a beer haze, but have Ireland now joined Ulster with an apparent policy of not challenging for the ball in the air???? Getting really fed up of players watching as the opposition jump for Gary owens, both ours and theirs! Re...
