Re: Squad depth 2024/25

Told to save a million apparently. Luckily, there must still be some money left to keep Shanners and Matty Rea. I wouldn't put Shanahan in the Matty Rea category. He's a decent player and value for money third option at 9. He rarely has a bad game, and the game speeds up when he's on. Honestly, he'...

I think Leo will roll the dice on the returnees for game time, and those who need battle hardened.
Expect a strong squad not the SA Kids.
They'll not be complacent or undercooked like last year I fear

Re: Season Ticket Renewal

No- I'll pick and choose. I haven't renewed since PJ/ SO were sacked. It's not even about the results, more about the serial mismanagement of this province from top to bottom. Why should I condone the damage done by the professional "governance" or lack of it which has turned us into a lau...

With the fixtures as they are for the last two rounds we need results to go our way elsewhere and get at least 2 points. No guarantees of either, but Embra Bennetton and Connacht all have equally hard fixtures. I can see Embra get one or two vs Munster/ Bennetton. I also cant see Sharks lose to Glou...

Re: Richie Murphy - right man for the job?

No surprise. For me the greater intrigue is around who his coaching team will be, will he have the latitude to appoint his own, get rid of Bell, Grant etc and will Payne return?

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

It was widely reported, most notably Indo and Planet Rugby.... The tax rebate issue and coming to a basket case no doubt crystallised thoughts.

Personally, I'd rather persist with the green shoots of a tranche of BR cubs and our one area of depth.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

We can't even blame the UK tax scenario for West England vs NI...

Deegan- meh.
Not where we need strength. NO Loss.
1 & 10 is where we need to spend/ recruit.
