Re: Magners LEAGUE play-offs.

On the subject of improving the competition, I've said this before but I think the T14 system of try bonus points is better. They award a try bonus point for scoring 3 tries *more* than the opposition so there is more incentive for both teams to keep trying as one team can deny the other team a try...

Re: HENSON AT SARRIES - NOT ANY MORE !

I don't have any time for Henson. Wee woman is exactly right. He's a first class ar$e and any club who would take him now are insane!

Re: Squad for next year

Frankly I don't care if none of our players are selected by Deccie, Robinson, Henry or de Villiers for the RWC. In relation to Irish rugby its about as relevant as Sevens. A waste of time, much as I will watch most of it. I could not agree more. I sort of support Ireland when the Six nations/test m...

Re: Towns Cup final!

Yep a big game for Dungannon down at Ballymacarn Park. I can't see them doing it as they will most likely have a weaker side out but you never know. As least it's not a dead rubber to end the season.

Snooker

I'm sure a lot of you find snooker a bore and I don't watch it that often. However I do follow the progress of Mark Allen closely. He sure knows how to grind out tight matches. He has been very consistent recently especially in the big tournaments so I thought I would post a thread on how he does in...

The only back row player I know in the academy this year is Ali Birch and he is looking like a great prospect. Very strong and will hopefully get a bit more game-time next year.

Junior Cup Final

Congratulations to Ballynahinch 2s on winning the Junior Cup Final against Armagh. I was there and it was a very good game with Ballynahinch winning 22-10 I think. They ran away with the first half leading 19-3 at half-time although strangely Armagh dominated. Good win for Hinch. 3 yellow cards and ...
