Re: Ulster ‘A’ v Leinster ‘A’ Fri 15th Jan 3pm KO Live on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport NI website

There's a point in the second half at a ruck where Doak, plus three Leinster players, all have their arms in the air asking for the ref, who is standing some 5 metres away, to blow the whistle for some offence that they can see. Whilst I expect do not expect a lot from Leinster players, even given ...

Yep you must have been.

Just watched the match - really entertaining and a super result. Standout players? McCann, Izzy, Sexton and Doak. Doak is the most interesting. I hope he matures and doesn't get carried away with himself and is humble enough to learn. He's by no means the finished article but he can both box kick a...

Re: Ulster ‘A’ v Leinster ‘A’ Fri 15th Jan 3pm KO Live on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport NI website

Sexton still has the upright physique of a sprinter with unbelievable straight line speed. It will be another while before he adjusts fully to the needs of top flight rugby with a step and swerve. If he can do that though the sky's the limit. Still behind the likes of Mclroy in rugby nous for now. ...

Not sure what I watched. An Ulster side offloading? Some silky hands on display and mostly the forwards. Izzy looks to be a terrific ball carrying lock, likes an offload and can jackal too. Get him in the first team. McCann is class. Real thoroughbred of an eight. Big future ahead of him. Showed som...

Re: COVID Impact on Fixtures

Pro14 - i’d Take it. Parker Pen - meh Rainbow Warrior Mug - play the kids. We won't win a competition with Leinster in it. I would say go all in for the Parker pen but it's looking like it might not happen. Would it be ok with BOD if we play on without the French, Italian, other European (mainland)...

Re: Big World of Rugby

Ref awards the try. The player decides to celebrate by picking up the ref. Gets a red card for his troubles. Deservedly, imo.

His passing is so crisp. That's how you get top quality ball to your backs.

Re: Ulster Backline Attack

Leinster don't have some kind of hoodoo over us. Don't over think it. They're just significantly better. Very few teams win at their DS. Not many sides in Europe could beat them at all. I think we have great young talent coming through. That's what we are all here for. Seeing the nippers get their c...

Re: COVID Impact on Fixtures

Null and void. It's a load of banker anyway. The whole season is tbh. The Eurotrash, the half ar$ed league, the Rainbow Warrior Cup and the endless series of internationals which all seem to be against Wales. The sooner 20/21 is put out of it's misery the better. Agreed, no point winning any of the...
