Re: Pienaar extending his time here?
I think JP McManus and/or Magnier contributed towards the new Thomond Park. Why would Rory McIlroy invest in Ulster Rugby without the possibility of receiving a financial return??? 1. Because he is badly advised- NO 2. Because his money is invested unwisely by top global financial advisers- NO 3. B...

Re: Pienaar extending his time here?
Big Al, you clearly didn't read my post correctly re Jared Payne. Somewhat surprising and a clear schoolboy error coming from such an experienced UAFC member

Re: Pienaar extending his time here?
:banghead: I'm not saying Jackson is the answer but he will be given his opportunity once we are out of contention this season, so we'll find out in due course. NOC can't hold on to the 10 jersey in Connacht this season for goodness sake.He can return to Ulster Rugby for all I care as long as it's w...

Re: Pienaar extending his time here?
Pray he comes back for 2012/13, he's a class act. Believe me, the vultures will be out there trying to persuade otherwise and regardless of contractual commitments with Ulster....

Re: Pienaar extending his time here?
Bye bye Ian....you're a goner in 2012 son. You haven't a snowball's chance in hell of pulling on the 10 jersey for any longer than a few months next year.

Re: Pienaar extending his time here?
Petey11, unfortunately there will be no PW until after Christmas and possibly no Payne wearing an Ulster jersey again, season could be over in four weeks. Great to have RP back but Hump is going to have to shoulder the festive responsibility as i don't think McLaughlin has the balls to play PM at 9 ...

Re: 2012 schools Cup.
MCB have an embarrassment of riches. Paddy Colhoun(wing), flying machine and great finisher who represents Irish School's over 100m, scores tries freely at will. Wasn't considered for Ulster Schools U18's due to hamstring injury otherwise he was a shoe in, only in L6. Rudolph Benade also MCB(wing,ce...

Usual suspects, though seemingly Ballyclare HS could be a threat. MCB are the form team turning over both CC and Inst comfortably......

Let's face it, until we have a world class 10 we have no chance of progressing farther than we did last year in both competitions.....end of.
