There can be no doubt PJ's inexperienced decision making was a considerable factor in Ulsters loss. It really is a big ask for him not to be overwhelmed by the occasion. I am not being critical for the sake of it, it is just an observation. I hope someone comes alongside him with words of reassuran...

Had a kidney removed from the pelvic region(yes wrong place) I was quite fit fit and healthy and digging the garden after 6 weeks and back to work. 4 months is being ultra conservative. He'll be back training end june no probs

When at the swimmers you manage to cram everything with precision into the locker only to find that when you turn the key and the lock doesn't work. Have to take everything out and do it all over again!!
