Sorry Le Paul, but I assumed you had read all the threads here. I will say once again That I was on the Committee along with CT, that we organised all the events (particularly CT), and that for a short time I was secretary. I came on the mb to try and help people understand what really was going on....

Thanks for your positive and well thought-out contribution to the debate Le Paul. The manner of your post speaks volumes about you. CT's version of the proposed Xmas event is correct. As I said, the decision was taken after consultation with some members and with reference to the poor attendance at ...

Pretty good figures - now we've had our little mid-season blip, hope fully the results will reward the spectators.

What a plonker BP. you're really beginning to look stupid you know, Le Paul asked a question and I answered it . CT told me both verbally and by e-mail - I'm sure you would disagree with my posting that e-mail. So go back to those windmills - they're waiting for you.Bye-bye old bean. Trust you to in...

Le Paul, you are using a very odd argument when you say that MR showed his control of the URSC by asking to set up a stall at a BBQ. By not being allowed to do this - it showed that the URSC was in control. Can't see how it can be any more obvious than that. Secondly, your suggestion that I might be...

If not why not?
Wasn't looking for any credit!!! Maybe would have liked more help - and a bit more support from the members

YM - the difficulties were greatly increased by dubious and misleading information put out by certain disaffected parties. Not helped by a continuous verbal assault on the Committee and its members by people who had no idea of what was actually going on. I could use Le Paul's last post as an example...

Simply by a small no. of people in each local club meeting together to start a supporters' club. It wouldn't happen overnight, but there's no reason why we couldn't become as powerful and influential as the footie fan clubs. After all, Linfield clubs have been in existence since the first half of th...

But how do you get the ball rolling? The latest web site THE FRU looks very good. All it took was one or two people to have get interest. All this needs is the same. It obviously will need thought out. But I think if an AGM can be organised and poorly attended, so can this! As Ive said before the e...

Soccer fan clubs have been going for years - sure they had diffs at the start as well. But, and I'm speaking from a bit of experience here, they are based locally ie a number of small clubs throughout the whole of the province each operating independently, often with their own buildings etc. I have ...

Strange that nobody else mentioned that - including the BBC who told me they weren't aware there was anyone from the URSC on the programme. Still, there you go!

Don't think the club needs MR , but it does need some contact with UR if it is to remain "official". Suspect that MR definitely doesn't need the Supporters Club!

BP - catch a grip would you. You claimed, and as far as I know still do so, that Stanley was representing the URSC on the Nolan Radio Show even though you can't produce one iota of evidence that this is true. I don't need to have heard the show to know that he wasn't , as has been confirmed by just ...

YM, only about 900 or so members. As CT will confirm, there were plans to get together an attractive Supporters Club package for next season - I hope this is still in hand. The problem of getting the message out to fans is a major one. Having our own website made no difference at all to this. Put si...
