Trimble is in the process of signing a new two year contract extension i think that he should still start ahead of gilroy, when bowe is back that is. Gilroy will be very good coming off the bench imo.

I am not quite sure what to make of the o'mahoney/trimble sub, was it an injury or did kidney genuinely want to try trimble in the back row, he does have the power and size and speed to play back row but possibly not the required skill set.

I heard a rumour that our back row signing is Talei, it is from a good source that has be proven before. It would only be a short contract and humph will be looking for a top quality NIQ signing for 2013/2014. Talei signed 3 years with Edinburgh from 2009/10 season.

Updated ERC ranking, looks like we cant have Clermont, Leicester,Toulon, Harlequins, Edinburgh in the pool stages next year.
