Puts it into context that rugby is just a sport at the end of the day. There are far more important things in life for us to worry about. Rest in peace Nevin Spence and the others who died so tragically today. It is a very very sad day for IRISH rugby.I would say more but I can't,I am totally gobsma...

I was just speaking to someone who used to play with Nick Williams in rugby 7's . He told me Ulster have been looking at Williams since Aironi announced they were disbanding. He reckons if Ulster give him a good hard pre-season and he hits next season in full flight,then you have one hell of a sign...
