Re: Confirmed - Kidney is gone
I believe that we will see a complete change in all the coaching staff . Ruddock would be the sin contender.

Re: Will Ulster have a 23 man squad for Castres?
What's NOc like at catching high balls, he has a good boot, could he fill in at full back? Gilroy didn't seem to be concussed could be ok, he has no history of head injuries either. Allen has impressed me in defence, would press him in out of position ahead of cochrane. Diack has to play 6 to call ...

Good for the ones that do and very nice of the council to accept the honour on their behalf. Totally agree with that , just a pity the majority of the events are all Irish influenced and will only truly be welcoming to one side of the community things never change happy to take the Queens shilling ...

Re: When do we start on Scarlet Fever
Maybe it's because they are not having a go at Ulster or its fans such as happens on MF , which Jackie Brown I think has highlighted before. Just had a look through most their postings re this game, they don't seem all that confident. Ulster to sneak this one but just , and it will be a real nail bi...

Re: Chance for Paddy Jackson?
I think a lot of PJS problem last season is that he was playing for the Irish U20S,Dungannon,the Ravens and Ulsters full team practically on a week to week basis.
4 different teams with 4 different coaching styles, the wee lads heads must have been spinning
No he wasn't

Re: Ulster Snr League
Rainy OBs beat Dungannon and Ballynahinch lost to Malone. What's going on at Dungannon they appear to be imploding, did Fitzpatricks leavings them be that bad, one year they are putting like 50 points on teams to another year getting beat by teams not in their league. Any other results, I see Harleq...

Re: Glasgow - Ulster
In the absence of someone who would have KNOWN these things - I will give my opinion. I believe that WAS Glasgow, as the super-district system did not start until the following season. Ulster played Caledonia in 1996-97 and Glasgow and District was 1997/8 , it was October 1997 at Scotstoun, maybe i...

Re: Glasgow - Ulster
We don't have a Very good record against Glasgow in the European Cup particularly at Scotstoun. We don't have a bad record either as this is their first HEC match there they don't have a good or bad record either for that matter I recall back in 1997 watching Ulster getting beat 30 odd points in Sc...

Re: Glasgow - Ulster
We don't have a Very good record against Glasgow in the European Cup particularly at Scotstoun. If our coach is to keep credibility with his players he will start with Paul Marshall, I believe it to be that obvious, I expect a win, but rugby can be a funny old game.

I like it Hendo....this thread could go on and on. :D Cheers and there were more but those two were my pick of the bunch, in the fashion stakes i am not sure to pick the guy dressed from head to toe in Canturbury gear which was two sizes too big all over, or the chap from Belfast i assume he was as...
