Re: Ulster ‘A’ v Leinster ‘A’ Fri 15th Jan 3pm KO Live on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport NI website

Interesting Sheridan starts in the back row, normally a 2nd row, unsure if he has the off the mark pace, would love to see him go well. No 2nd row cover on the bench and only one back row on the bench in Crothers. Very excited about Crothers he's an old school out and out seven. Conor Rankin was giv...

Ulster ‘A’ v Leinster ‘A’ Fri 15th Jan 3pm KO Live on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport NI website

I know mentioned elsewhere but thought this deserved its own thread. Quite looking forward to watching. The game will be streamed live on BBC iPlayer and on the BBC Sport NI website from Kingspan Stadium with kick-off at 3pm. Jim Neilly will be on commentary alongside former UIster player, Ian Humph...

Re: Any word on the Academy?

Will be interesting when the new Academy management structure is confirmed. Reshuffling of the deck. Campbell is staying the head of the academy. Our Wullie is bigger than your condom....... we've been down numbers for a while and this is going to take up more of Campbells time. Watch this space.

FFS Tommy talking about Kearney getting into the Ireland team.
Did Kearney get Greg Jones number plate? He never hit the brakes and he was shifting gear.

The sooner Coetzee fecks aff back to South Africa the better, we score 6 points against the champions playing with 14 men without him. He has been holding us back

Jones, Murphy, Carter have been nothing short of fantastic!

Re: McFarland Stays On Two more years

Fantastic news Dan has signed on again.

From the bigger picture perspective McFarland signing on again makes Ulster an even more attractive proposition for any would be IQ player thinking of coming North. The gaurantee of top coaching will be a draw.

Re: Leinster v Ulster Fri Jan 8th 7:35pm KO

Nothing less than a try bonus point win will be acceptable at the RDS tomorrow! I smell a rat with Leinster team selection, Sexton went off with a concussion, 6 day turnaround and Ross Byrne named in the centre. I'll call it now..... Sexton pulls out, Byrne to 10 and O'Brien going into the centre se...

Re: UAFC First XV

Great craic! With only 270 posts I am absolutely delighted to be even noticed and to be included with such illustrious posters. In my defence on the dropped goal argument, I could have\ would have secured the game against Glocester. Many thanks. My aim is now to be on the next list in 15 years time...

Jordi, Timoney and the future Bulls player are the 3 best backrowers. Could the Bulls guy play 6 withTimoney staying at 8?

Ulster really need a decent 6
Agree, and would have McCann on the bench, feel he would offer more impact than rest of available back rows.

Re: Ulster v Munster Sat Jan 2 5:15pm KO

You mean the new Scottish 6 Nations Referee? "A 13-year wait for a Scottish male referee to be appointed to an international match involving a Tier 1 nation..." A sad comment on Scottish referees. Is it my imagination or is Scottish sport in general going to the dogs? A Scottish competitor ha...
