Re: Injury Update

What is the medical ward going to look like when we return to play in August?

Full bill of health or was there a long term injury I'm forgetting?

Gareth Milasinovich was due back April/May therefore we might see some of what he has to offer.

Re: Tickets and seat allocations 20/21

M Likewise And Niner.......Westdr has been offered a credit.....Not a cash refund as required by law. Thanks Bobbie, If he asks for a cash refund and Ulster rugby refuse that then yes a law has been broken, that's not the case as yet I believe. I'd be unhappy if IRFU are asked for cash refund it's ...

Re: Tickets and seat allocations 20/21

Thanks for the polite inquiry. To answer your two questions: 1. The issue is that there are refunds for match ticket and hospitality package purchasers for the 4 matches, but not for other classes of tickets (i.e. season ticket holders - who have paid in advance and thus received a discount) for th...

Re: Tickets and seat allocations 20/21

Or, how about just refusing admittance to anyone over 65, on the basis that everyone else is relatively safe? :stir: :stir: On the other hand, based on the folks sitting around me, which looks like God's waiting room, UR couldn't afford to loseb that many STs. Yes. Significant risk factors include ...

Re: Any word on the Academy?

I wonder if he is on a IRFU 7s contract therefore costing Ulster branch nothing.

Not that his salary would be much.

If we're not paying, we've nothing to lose all to gain.

Re: CEO and Coach briefing 11 may

Can't see it meself, but there is talk about finishing it in Aug/Sep - 2 conference games against Irish opposition and then the ko stages. Would agree with you Merv and if those games do go ahead they'll almost certainly be played behind closed doors, no fans. As for refunds mentioned above I'll no...

Re: Any word on the Academy?

Anyone offered sub academy spots?

Thought Oscar Egan had potential to push his way in. Big injury against Leinster in Donnybrook has cost him dear.

McKee at scrum half also showed promise.

Re: RTÉ Best Professional era XV

Imagine the fire power of 6 Ferris 7 Coetzee 8 Williams

All in their physical and form peak.

Though I'd go for Wannenburg ahead of Williams.

Andy Ward was professional era and should rightly be considered, with Henry 2014 a complete 7.

Not sure I would of had Best near it.

I guess Gilroy is the only man that knows. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Try and see the good in everyone.
