Re: URC: Ulster Rugby v Edinburgh Rugby Sat 2nd Dec 17:15
Despite our hurt feelings, we are the fourth Province. Is part of our game plan (a) not to consistently retain the ball after a tackle and (b) to scrupulously avoid going for a turnover at the breakdown (c) to attack as individuals, rather than as a team? Has Rob Baloucoune lost confidence in his tu...

Or remove almost all regulations and let them get on with it hoping that self preservation will lead to a 'gentleman's agreement' between front rows.

Re: Injury Update
The Ulster Rugby Medical Performance team has issued a squad update ahead of Saturday's BKT United Rugby Championship Round 7 fixture against Edinburgh Rugby at Kingspan Stadium. Iain Henderson (hip) and Luke Marshall (shoulder) both sustained injuries in last weekend’s game against Glasgow Warrior...

Re: PADDY JACKSON
Lyon beat Bayonne 42-29 on Friday night. Paddy scored a try, kicked 4 out of 5 conversions, kicked 2 penalties and dropped a goal. I can't remember the last time an Irish number 10 ticked all the scoring boxes in a game. But sure Crowley, Harry/Ross Byrne,Frawley, Prendergast, Carty, Hanrahan are a...

Re: Glasgow v Ulster
It's the one-man attacks, especially close to the line that get me. Why can they not attack in pods and get that extra initial oomph and then support to avoid getting isolated?
And, of course, the silly handling errors.
I think we are actually really close to being really good.
