If we're looking for a crumb of comfort, at least Kingspan held up their hands and admitted that some of their people were naughty boys. No-one else seems to have done this so far.

Will the Exeter match be shown next week? Exeter hosting Ospreys in a Pre-Season game on Saturday, so if that is streamed etc, then fair chance of one for the Ulster game. No mention of a stream on the Exeter website for tomorrow's game, so fair assumption no stream for Exeter Ulster next week. Rats!
