So in theory we are the best tag rugby team on sand in Ireland!

It just not possible in a fast expansive game for forwards including even back row to get there. Having watched and the times they are caught up is when we try to go wide off first phase. In this case the backs hit that ruck, which allows forwards runners to hit up and ruck for 1 maybe 2 quick rucks...

Nonsense! Schools rugby is very good, and more should be done to improve this area of rugby rather than going with clubs The level of coaching at most schools in Ulster is outstanding and I feel of a better standard than a lot of coaching at clubs level.
