Re: Montpelier tickets
Don’t know anyone who can be arsed with it. I'm not sure anyone is. It's not even listed as a fixture on the Ulster Rugby website. (something that is probably indicative of many things rotten in the province) Can you imagine 10-20 years ago a european knock-out fixture not even being listed? The wh...

I had ryle Nugent and Dewi Morris. At least there's no studio pundits.Cap'n Grumpy wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2024 7:54 pmTHey even suggested Scotland had 3 minutes to get a drop goal to win the match - when they got to 4 points behind.

Re: 6 Nations 2024
Surely it was the downward pressure that caused that ball to scoot backwards after it hit the ground. That was a nuts decision imo. I thought it was a knock-on by Scotland. Anyone think Finn Russell could just as easily have been sin-binned (or worse) for leading with a stiff forearm when the clash...

Re: 6 Nations 2024
agreed. I had wondered what the first two letters of **itehouse's name were. What was your problem with him in this case? The try that the french were awarded was a classic case of minor errors in communication being compounded by a flustered TMO. The bulk of the blame lay with the AR who believed ...

Re: 6 Nations 2024
They didn't show it so many times, but I thought his 2nd offence should only have been a yellow. But he really needs to modernise his game. Good chance that it may be downgraded on appeal. Didn't affect the game as he was gone anyway and you get the feeling that he was being additionally penalised ...

Re: Challenge Cup Round of 16 - Day / Time Confirmed
Didn’t see much of it beyond the station and the rugby ground tbf , save for getting harassed in the big ‘square’. Didn’t seem very French, although I can see how that could appeal to some! Place Comedie - venue for a lawless game of full contact touch around midnight. There had been a few drinks t...

Re: Harlequins v Ulster Sat Jan 20 1pm KO TNT Sports 2
Some fans returning from London have landed at Aldergrove but aren't allowed off the plane due to the storm🙈🙊🙉 I think there were 7 planes waiting to deboard. I used the my usual sods-law logic and went for a pss. As predicted, while I'm in the confines of Trap Port/For'd, they start letting everyo...
