Re: IRFU press release regarding Jackson and Olding

To think just a few months ago we could field halfbacks of Pienaar and Jackson.

How many matches are we going to win with the strings being pulled by Cooney and Heron/ Nelson.

Game over for another year. Oh the joys of being an Ulster supporter

Re: U20 6 Nations 2017

Disappointing Rea (Jr) didn't make the starting team at 6, especially with Cillian Gallagher out injured. Gallagher was the starting 6 in the first two games of the 6N.

Re: Any word on the Academy?

Stewart (current Irish U20 scrum half) is eligible for U20 again next year also. Presumably he will make the team ahead of O'Donnell on experience alone

Re: In fairness to iHumph....

IHumph has to go. Olding has to start at 10 next week with Pienaar to kick. This madness can't continue!!

It's lucky DHumph jumped ship or we would all be complaining that he is influencing selection...

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

We need to do everything we can to keep hold of Scholes. He could be one of our starting SDC wingers within 18 months IMO

Justin73 - Are you saying we should signed Jack Whitehall to add some much needed depth to the second row? I guess he can peruse the complexities of a ruck as well as the next man, so fits the bill perfectly. Does he have an Irish Granny or are you think 3 year project route?

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

I'd be very pleased with Dom Ryan. I think people are forgetting how poor our backrow is.

Without FNW next season our backrow is a serious area of concern.
