Re: URC 2022/23 - Other Sides

Leinster should be docked points for devaluing the competition.

I don’t think anyone is suggesting that Lowry’s defence is as good as LL’s was. But you need to pay a bit more attention Big-al. Cabango’s first try was off the back of a lineout, not down Lowry’s wing. Cabango’s second try was not down Lowry’s wing because Lowry was in fact on the left wing at the ...

Sheridan, McCann and Lowry were all outstanding. Mcilroy had a good game and Addison. Doak was poor. Every team in the league know Stockdale is a defensive liability he proved yet again he can’t catch a high ball and worse can’t defend one on one. To his credit he has perfected the diving miss tack...

You can argue we got lucky there, I would say Cardiff got pretty lucky too - poor start let off the hook by two (really uncharacteristic) Doak pen misses to touch. And also yes Adamson’s late show definitely broke for us, but he didn’t give us a thing the rest of the match, and as Cap’n Grumpy says...

So I said to the guy next to me on the East Terrace, “OI, CAN YOU HEAR ME?”

Thanks to Jasper Carrott for that one.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

https://all.rugby/player/francois-van-wyk Leaving Leicester at the end of the season. South African born Loosehead who wouldn’t be too big budget. wouldn’t be guaranteed starter, but could provide competition and depth. He also started at 6 once a few seasons back apparently 😂 This lad has now sign...

Jones provides a possible jumper if necessary and the alternative back rows won't feature frequently in 2 years time anyway. Basically Murhpy has to see what he has and what he can dump and what he needs to make the team competitive in 2 years . With so many flying the coup this year I don't expect...

I think it’s nice of UR to give Greg a farewell appearance.

At the end of the game, he’s going to do a lap of honour with all the other players’ kids.

Murphy had given Cooney a whole one minute’s break in four games (after he was finally certain Montpellier’s 7 aside team weren’t going to stage a recovery).

Shanners isn’t due a start for another three years.

Doak kind of had to go back to 9.

Twatter gets precious little correct.

However, Payne was considered and subsequently overlooked for the Leinster role and can’t be too keen on staying at Scarlets…
