Re: Injury Update
Pete Nelson playing for Hinch today. Absolutely brilliant, I really feared it was career over for him. Great to see him back. I was at the match on Saturday, and he played 72 mins - looked fit and fast, broke or threatened the line every time he had the ball, and scored a try returning a poor clear...

Re: Streaming sports
Yeah piece of cake - I suppose my concern would be that the lads running it collect a rake of dough and then disappear, or alternatively get shut down by the sky police! I don't fancy anyone's chance of a refund
But still at that price it's a risk I'm happy to take

Re: Streaming sports
Damian - how does it work exactly, as in, do you have to download a player or what? And then is it literally just a stream - so you're dependent on someone somewhere having the right channel/red button pressed or whatever?

Re: Bedford V Ulster RAvens
I went along - very disappointing performance I thought, particularly in defence. Bedford were a typical championship side, big pack but didn't bring much else, but in the first half they just dined out on our mistakes. Some absolutely woeful defence - huge holes in midfield, guys switching off afte...

Re: Bedford V Ulster RAvens
I guess the wider point I'm trying to make is...was Warwick ever so much better than McCall that Clarke tried to force him into becoming a hooker? What was running through Clarke's head when he ignored Lutton until the last league match of the season last term and successfully ignored McCall for AL...

Re: Bedford V Ulster RAvens
No actually I didn't know the answer to that, an acquaintance of mine who also enjoys a little rugby told me and I was looking for some confirmation? I enjoy local rugby as much as the next man but I'd be hard pushed to go watch a seconds match! I heard he was playing for the seconds all right, I s...

Re: Bedford V Ulster RAvens
Did I hear correctly that Dow was playing for Ballynahinch Seconds last weekend? I'm guessing this is another question that you already know the answer to :D I think the problem with Dow is that his game up until now has been based on being bigger and stronger than most of the other guys - in 1A an...

Re: Ulster sides in UBL
Can anyone give me a supporters perspective of how the Ulster teams are doing in the AIL? From looking at the league tables it's not a great picture. On the face of it Hinch and Quins are in awful trouble. Why? Neither seem any better or worse of last year squad wise, if anything Quins should be st...
