Re: Ulster ‘A’ v Leinster ‘A’ Fri 15th Jan 3pm KO Live on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport NI website

Sexton still has the upright physique of a sprinter with unbelievable straight line speed. It will be another while before he adjusts fully to the needs of top flight rugby with a step and swerve. If he can do that though the sky's the limit. Still behind the likes of Mclroy in rugby nous for now. S...

The pups did good. Reid, izzy, mccann and rea all look to offer something at senior level with the usual conveyor of backs coming through as well. You can see the standards across the board have risen and with another 2 years of dan at the helm the future is bright. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapat...

Doak has the best box kick in the club. Been watching Ruan up close from the sidelines for years.

They're certainly no worse than Gloucester and will be tough challenge away from home.

Re: Futureproofing after Marcell

So conan, deegan and penny all seem to be out of contract this year and I would doubt the IRFU will allow them all to stay. Who would you have of the 3? I'd take penny first to give more options at 7 on the proviso an overseas 8 is coming. If not then conan over deegan for me. Sent from my SM-G965F ...

Re: Leinster v Ulster Fri Jan 8th 7:35pm KO

Does the rds suffer from not having the main camera positioned on the halfway line? The team defending on the right always seem to be offside as the lines on the pitch appear slanted. Am sure it is an issue for the TMO as well when judging offside / being in front of kicker. Sent from my SM-G965F us...

Re: Ulster Backline Attack

Mclroy is showing the best promise of them all at the minute and deserves a starting position for the rest of the season. Gilroy has been a good servant but he has been overtaken by lyttle, balacoune and Mclroy in my opinion. I see Moore as the longer term 13 with hume at 12 to rotate with stu. A ba...

Re: Leinster v Ulster Fri Jan 8th 7:35pm KO

We didn't have a cutting edge out back without stockdale, Addison or balacoune. For me the jury is still out on hume, I'm giving him a bye ball due to his age but we still miss Marshall at 13. Positives were the lesser lights, O'toole, Jones and treadwell when he came on. Disappointed by marcel, did...

We would have folded with that card in years gone by. Dan has put a steel rod right through this side.

If only to rule him out I assume Jack Willis hasn't been tempted away from wasps? Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk Given the recent England cap I’d be very surprised if it was Jack Willis. A quick check and it appears Tom Willis signed a contract ahead of 2019/20 season so may be out of contrac...
