Re: ASM Clermont Auvergne Vs Ulster Sat 11th Jan @ 1.00pm BT Sport 3

Re not taking the points, the mindset probably was that we need to score tries to win out there. The way we started and having a try on the board would have meant confidence was high so it is easy to be critical post match, even though I was as well. While our confidence levels have improved it is n...

By my reckoning any kind of a win next week gets us the 6th seed and an away match to the 3rd placed team. Looking like a 90% chance this will be Exeter at the minute with leinster and Toulouse battling it out for top spot.

Still a lot to learn at this level with points left out on the pitch in first half. Dan threw the towel in with 15 to go which was disappointing. A draw was still a possibility which would have suited us.

Re: Ravenhill crowd/attendance

As mentioned the backfilling of the terrace makes it difficult to find spaces. As well as this it always looks full closer to the walkways but if u can get past the begrudgers who feel like you are walking through their living room there tends to plenty of room further in. I ve seen in other stadium...

Good old Ulster Rugby encouraging responsible drinking by giving a discount if you buy 4 pints and an even bigger discount if you buy 6

Good old family valuea.
If i recall they also do a family package, which includes an alcoholic drink. Not much use if u want to bring it to family stand.

Think I saw Kernohan on the park so must have been a late call up instead of Bill?
Johnston pulled up in the warm up so wasnt on the bench. Kernohan was 24th man.

Re: Munster Game

Hope the head hunter Arnold gets a nice reminder that we're dont appreciate thug behaviour at ravenhill. Buzziinnnn for this. If the back row gets parity I think we will win. Be nice to see Jacob reassert the Ireland wing pecking order. Expect a big game from him.

Re: Munster Game

Is there any definitive news on marcel? If he passes the rtp protocol then i would expect him in the line up on Friday. Hes had 20 mins play in 3 weeks so the body will be fine providing the noggin is.

Re: Ravenhill crowd/attendance

Would say the Christmas fixture adds 1.5k with returning students and expats included. If Munster sells out it will be a good sign considering many will have left these shores again. Really looking forward to it and i think we should be looking to make a statement against a fully loaded munster team...

If bealham escapes a ban for that hit on marcel I'll be surprised. Addison got 4 weeks for less.
It was Paddy Mc.

McBurney hasn’t covered himself in glory tonight. Poor darts and a cheap shot.
Cheers, wasn't sure from the terrace. Either way was worse than addison's.

Re: Heiny Cup 19/20 Other Sides

Think Munster might struggle to get out of pool and will need to win at racing to do so. Expect sarries to win final 2 games which will jump them over mun and take the no.7 seed.
