I would agree. I don't think the strength and conditioning is that good. It is improved since the 00s but I think we are behind in what the other provinces do... And way behind the SH.

Is it the Academy making these players good or the club coaches? Could it be the Academy conditioning is benefiting them followed by the skills they learn at their clubs? Do the academy do skills? McCall going off helped as well. John Ryan destroyed him, splitting him and Herron with ease. He had no answer.

The Connacht cleaning out is awesome - technically sound and they want to smash people. Haven't seen a Ulster player hit a ruck with any venom. Rubbish.
