Re: Thank you Louis Ludik!

Never gave less than 100%. A true team player. Not a journeyman bone in his body but a true Ulsterman, committed to the team, the squad and the supporters. May not have been as outrageously talented as a couple of other SA team-mates, but a good player nonetheless as a brave player who put his body ...

Re: Dragons v Ulster Sat 13th March 7:35pm KO

Dan in his post-match interview excellent again. Very clear that the amount of penalties conceded last week and this week had no connection - ill discipline by Ulster this evening, last week the discipline issues not from Ulster.

Re: Ulster v Leinster Sat Mar 6th 7:35pm KO

To be positive, the highlights of the evening were Baloucoune’s 2 tries and Dan’s post-match comments. The tries were things if beauty and the comments were right on the money.

Re: Contract Situation

Louis Ludik has been a great signing for Ulster Rugby. He’s always given 100%. While it’s understandable that his time may be coming to an end, if that happens I for one will miss his commitment and contribution as an excellent squad member.

Re: Leinster v Ulster Fri Jan 8th 7:35pm KO

Am I the only one who gets cheesed off with the number of times the coverage misses re-starts whether by kick, scrum or line-out because the camera is focused on an individual player or because one of the commentating team gives some analysis of a move? I pay my sub to watch live rugby, not to liste...

Johann Muller who knows what it takes to beat Leinster at the RDS said this evening on BBC newsline ‘Ulster to win by 2 points’.

Re: Marcell Speculation

Turns out the rumours were on the money after all [emoji30]. I think the best player I’ve ever seen at Ulster. I actually don’t have any hard feelings, I think he’s been homesick for quite a while and it all just came to a head during lockdown - he wants to go home to his family and start a family ...

Rumn, I will concede that even a stopped clock is right twice a day and that from time to time you do make valid points. Difficult to read or comprehend due to your inability to use punctuation etc, but still valid points .... sometimes. No one on this forum disagrees over the importance of a back ...

Re: Heineken Round 2 Gloucester Away Sat Dec 19 3:15pm

Defeat snatched from the jaws of victory. I don’t often criticise a ref (publicly!) but that ref was an absolute shocker. I don’t think I have ever seen worse incompetence in over 60 years of playing/watching rugby. He should never ref again at elite level. Shocking!

Usually, if they say they are missing twenty players, 15 are from their academy and would never be selected for...
