Re: U20s Summer Series
Interesting that posters on other forums agree that No.8 McLoughlin was MOM. He looks a serious prospect with a bit of dog in him. Seriously powerful. Didn’t realise he’s an exile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Wilson also played well. Helped shore up the scrum and had big carries. His replace...

Re: U20s Summer Series
Good display. They showed a lot of grit against a big English team. Four Ulster players in the pack all played their part.

Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand
There is a possible symmetry with 2012. As you will remember, we were beaten 42 10 in Eden Park in the first test. Then Nigel Owens gifted the ABs the second test 22 19. Dan Carter beating us with a last minute drop goal. Then we had the day of infamy, 60 nil in Hamilton, third test. We have alread...

Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand
It's hard to see Ireland winning any of their matches. Players like Furlong must be wrecked. He seems to be running on empty. But I feel it is more a coach problem than a player problem. We have been bombarded about how good a forwards coach POC is since the start of the 6 Nations. People seem to ha...

Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand
Michael Bent now called up. Last game was Nov 2021 . He retired at that time.
Now a total joke.
Phil Orr is looking for his boots in the attic, in case the call comes.

Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand
Ed Burne --joke not a fair summation, but a true reflection of the lobe sided selection process and its consequences . Since Byrne is a leinster player and over half the pack are leinster or multi-capped players from Munster the lad already knows the calls and manner in which the roles are allotted...

Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand
As disappointing a season as it has been, Ulster have played very well over all and were millimetres from it being an exceptional season. Yet, if Dillane hadn’t moved to France Treadwell wouldn’t be on the bench and Ulster wouldn’t have a single player in the squad. What an absolute joke!!! Add to ...

Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand
Poor team and exceptionally weak bench. Not one player on the bench would get on the Ulster team. Has any player had any more chances than Carbery. Can't play 10, can't tackle made of chocolate.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
Listened to off the ball rugby this morning re Bods thoughts on ire nz squad, which inevitably bled into a Leinster review. A lot of discussion re porter being over played and how Healy is way behind, lacking impact from bench, and how unlikely to last to wc. There was a lack of LHs in ire to choos...

I like the cut of McLoughlin. A bit of grit to him.

They took his knighthood off him. Amazing decision when you see some of the degenerates that were retained on the honours list.
That well known Tory supporter Jimmy Saville retained his knighthood up until his death.
