Re: Coronavirus 2020 - What can I do?

What I actually want are suggestions as to how we can allow the coach or coaches to select on form from 75 possibilities rather than 35 possibilities as at present. If my English was so poor as to suggest something else I most humbly apologise! Your excellent English is only outranked by your exqui...

Re: A History of Irish Rugby......

Many thanks. Havnt watched them all yet but interesting how little time is lost taking penalties and conversions, what a shambles nearly all line outs were, and the science of preparing the "kicking tee" a la Hugo McNeill!

Re: What are you listening to?

In our quarantined existence, BBC Sounds app is a godsend. Try Letter from America, by Alastair Cooke. For those too young to remember, a Brits oral weekly commentary on life in America, covering Vietnam, presidential elections, Iraq, 9/11, Watergate ......you name it. 1300 15 minute episodes availa...

Re: Coronavirus 2020 - What can I do?

Well said. And we need to accept now that some mistakes and misjudgements will happen. There needs to be some form of emergency legislation which protects nhs workers during this exceptional period from the litigious pack of w@@@@rs we have in Northern Ireland masquerading as the legal " procession"

Re: Big World of Rugby

By the way, anyone temporarily paused SKY Sports? Looks like you can do this without penalty and start again when there's something to watch. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/pause-sky-sports Why pay for eleven channels of nothing? Any word on BT sports and Premier sports both in a similar position?

Re: Guinness PRO14 season has been suspended in response to the evolving COVID-19 outbreak until....

4 Pro14 home games cancelled (they will be). That's nearly 30% of a ST. I assume there will be some kind of refund? I paid my money, I took my chances. I won't expect or want a refund. A 30% refund to all season ticket holders is something Ulster cannot afford. If next season goes ahead it will be ...

Re: Ospreys v Ulster Sat Feb 15

Refs in general but especially in UR last two matches being very soft on not rolling away and the lazy body lying around at the maul. Shannners tbf often impeded by bodies that weren't supposed to be there. Drop kick option with such slow service always a risky choice. But it wasn't the last two min...

Not descending.
Descended.
Seriously considering whether 500 quid UR seAson ticket is worth the money with so many non matches. I think I will become one of the growing hundreds going on a week by week basis.
