Ford is only 28 so McPhillips may still have to bide his time.

Didn’t look out of his depth when he had that run of games with Ulster though.

Hope he starts against us and comes a close second.
yeah, I think more to do with Fords absences with England squad than his age.

Re: Saints v Ulster QF Saturday 8pm KO BT Sport 2

But that was Ulster giving the ball up in completely unnecessarily in Gloucester 22 on 78minutes , then giving a scrum penalty, and then unable to stop the rolling maul. Hardly the refs fault!

Re: Heineken Cup 2020/21

apparently young McPhillips more than a useful game for Leicester........and would have had " one of the tres of the season" had he managed to ground the ball after an amazing run. delighted for him.

Still looking for highlights

Re: Quins game in the bic biro

Quins clearly showing an unhealthy disrespect for the competition and taking advantage of the covid situation and the absence of fans. .would they have dared put out this team in front of paying spectators.? Hopefully just an outcome of the crazily congested schedule at the end of this season which ...

Re: Marcell Coetzee

Good for ML in particular. Shows that independent observers already respect his abilities, other teams already probably fear him .............even if we can't work out what to do with him

Re: Rugby on the Box

Just had a wee look at the Major League website. Looks like the USA may be starting to waken up to the best game in the world. A sleeping giant awakening? But they might prefer the original version of rugby ie where people run with the ball in their hands into spaces to get over a line. All the oth...

Re: Pro 12 20/21

I gave up on the boredom of watching the recorded match in favour of the one day international cricket eng v india. Cracker entertainment.......unlike current rugby. Do any of us want to see our children/grandchildren playing rugby union in 10 years time? Something radical needs to change......And s...

Re: SIX NATIONS 2021

France would have been better off not grounding that as the penalty try would have given an extra 2 points, and should Price not have been yellow carded for tackling the try scorer before he had the ball, ie foul play trying to prevent a score. France penalised for being too good  Bakebook th...
