Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand

Good win. Ireland pressure made all blacks look very poor. Vdf, Doris, pom and Beirne were excellent. Good recovery by Porter also.

Sexton becoming even more key.

Re: Ireland ? in New Zealand

Some might say Boris never had a brain to injure Boris has done what Boris was elected to do but in doing so he made too many enemies in the london socialist elite and media who have been seeking revenge since electorate decided to leave the EU --ie even before T May was PM. The EU a Trading Associ...

Re: Absent Friends

Cap'n - it was completely unexpected with friends and family in shock.

Very sad news. He was a top guy and passionate supporter. First met him outside of UR but then many times over the years at ravers and at some away games. He was the kind of guy who helped make those trips great occasions.

Re: Next season's Heineken Cup

Never played Sale Sharks. I'm 99% confident we never played the original Sale club either. Cabl ... ahh bugger! Certainly not in the professional era. And almost certainly not in the amateur days either. A fixture against a North of England select used to be a fairly common event back in the day. T...

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

Listened to off the ball rugby this morning re Bods thoughts on ire nz squad, which inevitably bled into a Leinster review. A lot of discussion re porter being over played and how Healy is way behind, lacking impact from bench, and how unlikely to last to wc. There was a lack of LHs in ire to choos...

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

Farrell doesn't select on form. Conor Murray has zero form at present. Conor Murray was a great player up to 2018 but that was 4 years ago now. His form since then has not warranted inclusion. Cooney plus the 2 Connacht scrum halves have been way better during this period. I know we hate doing it, ...

Justin - did your liver tough it out to make it to today's game or were you and the rest of the ulster contingent wise enough to draw stumps after Friday's session?

Re: Cricket season

I heard that the Dutch were missing a few of their better players. Real shame if they can't get them for these big games. Teams like NL and Ireland need their big guns to have any chance of an upset and that's what will generate the most publicity and exposure.
