Re: Season over - McLaughlin and Doak out!!!

The coaching staff are not good enough to take a professional team any further. The selection policy beggars belief at times.
I would retain the ever expanding Doak to replace Sparkie next season

Re: Stadium Announcements

Recently players have been brought on when kicks at goal are taking place and the PA man can say nothing. He is terrible with his announcemets otherwise and must have only a 20 second spool of SUFTUM thus he only starts it on seeing the players come out onto the pitch. Half time is a time to reflect...

Embarrassing performance.

Never have so few players let so many supporters down.

Caldwell is a liability and should be replaced by Mike Read in the second row with David Boyd on the bench. :banghead:

He/She who accuses must prove and we are all deemed innocent until proved guilty. We also should remember that there are two parties involved and both their rights should be respected. Editor.... pull this article on the grounds that it is not rugby related but about two persons private lives and so...

Re: Dawson On One Year Deal

Great for Ulster Rugby that he is staying another season. As he said himself his talent will be used on and off the pitch so the younger players should benefit. :thumright:

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

If the worst team in Wales don't want him what makes you think we do?
Paddy Wallace will remember him as the player that broke his leg in a tackle in Swansea. The tackle looked very like a cowboy trying to bring a steer down in a rodeo. :cowboy:

Simon Best to retire.

Ireland prop Simon Best is poised to announce his retirement from all forms of rugby, BBC Sport understands.

A true gentleman of Ulster Rugby. Wish him well in all that he does. :salut:

Re: Llanelli will be the 'acid test'.

It will be a test of where we are. Llanelli are the highest points scorers in the league, 116 more than Ulster, and not all scored at home. 52 points against Leinster at the RDS in October without Peel and Jones shows how good a team they can be.

Paul Marshall is the future of Ulster Rugby, give him game time every match this season and next season he could be our No.1 scrum half.

Re: Ulster's Best set to be a Saint

Hope they all play well next season with their new clubs. Players have a decision to make about their careers and it would appear this is where they see their future. Ulster now needs to look forward.
