Also the issue sometimes with RTE where they block the signal for certain sport events like Heineken Cup coverage etc to those not living in the South

Uncontested Scrums

Hi all,

Watching the rugby club last night on sky, noticed that they are bringing in the new rule re the 23rd man for uncontested scrums in the Guinness premiership. Also saw on the ERC website that they are doing the same for the Heineken and Challenge Cups. Is the Magners League doing the same?
