Re: Lurgan Tigers U11 win Italian Mini Rugby Tournament

What is the current IRFU policy re participation in such competitions? Is this still the applicable non-competition policy? non-competition meaning no leagues/cups and blitzes and or events resulting in play-off matches or finals. Irrespective - winning is likely to have sweetened the participation.

Similar question but different player.

Can it be read from this that PJ has a contract beyond his current 2011 - 2012 Development Contract?

Yes. I could not understand that one. Liam Toland has published a view on this in The Irish Times. Get your videos out to that first and crucial ball placement on three minutes and 21 seconds. Darren Cave did brilliantly slipping inside Leo Cullen as did Tom Court in supporting Cave’s break. But Cu...

Re: Ulster role for McLaughlin confirmed

Can we assume that McLaughlin has accepted/signed the dotted line? The Newsline article this evening will no doubt be available at some time. It did include an interview with BMcL. TBH, I could not actually answer your question based on what I saw and heard. Could one assume it is 'Yes' based on th...

Re: The Scoop

Under part of the Main Stand.

There are 2 entrances.

One is at the rear of the Main Stand.

The other is under the Stand and is accessed from the 'tunnel' under the Stand around the half way line.

You need a Bar Pass for access.

Qualification for the Final was first known around 19:30 on the 28th April.

ST holders were able to purchase from 12:00 Noon on the 29th April.

Could it really have been much earlier?

Re: Nigel Owens final

Yes. I could not understand that one.

There were others and again Cullen was the perp. A fair number of crooked throws were also not called.

Whilst we got many penalties from Nigel they seemed to get away with things, in both red zones especially.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

Working with Longwell? Working for Longwell? Heading up the Academy? Which is it? Anyone know? At the time of his appointment as High Performance Manager (Rugby), Gary was appointed by the Sports Institute (NI). I don't know if that has changed since however. Presumably Brian has a job with Ulster ...
