Re: Schools Cup 2015

Have to say I thought it was a cracking game between two very good sides. Always a shame one team ends up losing. It could have gone either way.

Congratulations to Inst and commiserations to Wallace.

Didn't see any crowd misbehaviour. Anyone care to elaborate.......?

My son showed me a photo of McCarthy's wound. Looks horrific.

Unfortunately don't have the ability to post the link but I'm told it's on Bakebook, Rugby Banter.

Re: The Brass Band

The band certainly did not detract from my enjoyment of the game and the crowd in that stand seemed to enter into the spirit of it all.

With the development of the ground (sorry stadium) maybe we're going to have to accept a change in the Ravenhill way.....

Re: How to deal with spides American style!

I think the original story has been embellished somewhat. Check out http://www.snopes.com/politics/military/stabbedmarine.asp In fact http://www.snopes.com is a handy first call to check the veracity of many of the internet yarns/spoofs/scares that do the rounds at various stages. I'm sure there are...

I suppose props have their uses......lifting etc.

This takes lifting (and holding up) to a new level...... http://www.sport24.co.za/Multimedia/Rugby/Super15/Beasts-incredible-strength-20120528 IMHO the Beast shows amazing strength and more importantly awareness. Remarkable! In fact credit to both sets of players as the advancing team members don't ...
