A lot of that sort of stuff involved in acl repair.
Sure is, I've been there. But its not at all early stage work, thats the heavy loading you do towards the end of rehab.

Who the feck are Premier Sports ?
Tenner a month on Sky. Basically took on all the dregs of Setanta when EIR bought them over and took all the good stuff. Show a bit of lowe level rugby league, NHL, NASCAR and the odd rugby international.

Re: Stade Ferrero Rocher - Home

They gave an approx 9 months out message back in October which would be the season. But you dont add weight and run stairs to a bad knee, so possibly not as bad as first feared!

Re: Contract situation

postby tigerburnie » Thu Dec 21, 2017 11:33 am There is no salary cap in the Championship, they sign up who they like and pay what they want, then IF they get promoted the salary cap doesn't come into effect for current deals. How does that work for CP etc, who arent currently Bristol players? Sure...

Any Plumbers? - Radiator Help

Any plumbers on the site, could use some advice. Recently had one of these vertical radiators installed, the radiator itself has 7 panels, but only 4 of them are heading up.

Any thoughts?

Re: Lions Tour of NZ 2017

To start a back row of Hill, Back, Corry in the first test was absolute suicide. Add to that playing Wilkinson as a 12. Disgraceful.

Never mind Mears v Du Plessis in 09, Vickery v Mtawarira was the killer.

Good opportunity to see what he can do. Chiefs would be a mid table pro 12 side.

Why? He might as well. Our outside backs couldnt run a decent line and cut through a defense if they were paid to do so..... oh wait.

Re: Lolling the ball back

Unread postby Spiffsson » Mon Mar 13, 2017 4:12 am One silly play in rugby is increasingly getting my goat. When a defender (Usually a FB or wing) fields a long ball with acres of space in front of him, he starts to run the ball back at something close to walking pace, dancing around, looking all ab...
