I think you are wrong on 1. IF and only if he thought the try was still scored, then the only reason for a penalty try would have been if he thought that the try would have been scored closer to the posts if it were not for the infringement. As Paddy was already diving, clearly this wasn't the case...

only got two decisions wrong: 1) He should have awarded a penalty try regardless of the fact Paddy touched it down after being clotheslined. 2) He binned the Ruddock when it was clearly Kirchner at fault.
