Re: URC Fixtures 2022/23

According to information from the fans forum tonight, Vermeulen back in week 4 v Ospreys. Irish players back from week 3 v Leinster. My recollection is that Dan said we might see DV about then but Irish players only miss week 1! OK, so two different versions then. Time will tell. There was a questi...

Re: Any word on the Academy?

so he will be a 9 at pro level? I thought that spoke more about the Ulster set up than him. He’s an outside back IMO. he'd be wasted at 9, hes the best schoolboy I've seen in aeons. I’ve never seen him play but if he is better than Stockdale, Luke Marshall, Lowry and Jackson were when they were at ...

I was talking specifically about the underage interpros?

I think the full ulster squad is strong enough to win a trophy

Hopefully.

Very poor Irish u18 recognition last season though, so wouldn’t hold out much hope for them.

Re: U20s Summer Series

Seriously powerful. Didn’t realise he’s an exile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Wilson also played well. Helped shore up the scrum and had big carries. His replacement (mcsweeney who started game 1 & 2) tried his best to lose the game by giving away a handful of penalties. McCormick is a d...

Re: U20s Summer Series

Interesting that posters on other forums agree that No.8 McLoughlin was MOM. He looks a serious prospect with a bit of dog in him. Seriously powerful. Didn’t realise he’s an exile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Wilson also played well. Helped shore up the scrum and had big carries. His replace...

Re: Injury Update

Relatively good news on Hendy then. May see Addison at 13. Would imagine James won’t miss too much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk He would have the first Few rounds off anyway being away on tour. Could be an opportunity for Moore and postlewaithe to get gametime in the centre before McCloskey ...

Re: Injury Update

Henderson picked up a ‘significant’ knee injury. FFS. Wouldn’t worry Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I’m not worried about Ireland, they will do well to win a Māori game, never mind a test match. I hope Henderson isn’t ruled out long term. Almost Every time he goes into Ireland camp he leaves in...

Re: U20s Summer Series

Well beaten by a bigger better side. Don't fancy their chances against the Saffers next week either. Don’t think it was that much to do with size. Although Ireland really struggled in the scrum. Ireland u20s are missing a few props though. French backs looked like the were going to make a line brea...
