Re: Aironi v Ulster Positives and Negatives

Couldn't believe the offloading on the far side before Macklins try. Shows what the boys can do when they feel less pressure, wish they could flow like that a little more often (in the right circumstance).

Re: Terblanche Watch ...

I am stalking you here Rock but on this topic does any one know the reason Olly Smiths boy Jamie, was let go or left? I thought he was an extremely good local prospect and certainly twice the player Farcey is. Is this a case of short-term memory loss, repression or just an attempt to be contrary? S...

Re: Aironi v Ulster Part Deux

More than kind of you Dave, had been going to ignore it but........................ PJay? Why go to the extra effort of the ay after PJ? It doesn ' t seem to be catching on  Well now Tom, for one who has been about here for some time you don't say much, & I'm not commenting on the quality...

Re: Terblanche Watch ...

Cave is the man that organises the defence. Spence worked best at 13 last year with Paddy W at 12 because in the absence of Cave he was calling the shots. To put Ian, Paddy J and Spence at 10,12,13 leaves the backline short of any real leadership in defence (and very very weak in the 10/12 channel)...

Re: Positives & Negatives: Ulster V Aironi (part 1)

Hello Adam. Hows the form? Please learn how to tackle and catch a ball? Regards Big- Al (UAFC) Haha never heard that one before! He must have been planning ahead, joining the UAFC forum : Mon Aug 29, 2005 9:21 pm Apparently Chris Latham used to post on the Worcester Warriors forum. And was that act...

Re: Terblanche Watch ...

I genuinely can't see that Tom. I think Cave has been one of the good points about our back line. Controls the defence, breaks, tracks, reads the game. Nevin is out of position but isn't the same type of 13 that Cave is. In answer to your PJ or LM point. Firstly LM isn't HEC registered and afaik is...

Re: Terblanche Watch ...

Out of interest, to whom would you change them? And would it be one or both? I would move Nev to 13 (he was good there last year) and the tell PJ and Luke the shirt is there for the taking. PJ next week. 21 22 23 of PM, DC and ST Darrens not looked so hot last few games. Nev to run hard and straigh...

I think he looked ok, he'll be solid. Wouldn't change the back 3 atm, just the centres.

Interesting you said 'dont want to rush to judgement' and the appeared to
