Re: Heineken Cup seeding.

Bart S said that Ulster won away in Toulouse. Can someone tell me when? I know they beat Castres away but I can't recall the Toulouse game. IF Ulster win against Toulouse AND Saints beat Exeter does that mean Ulster will have a 'home' semi at the Aviva against Saints? Ulster have beat Toulouse home...

Re: ULSTER MOTM vs Bath

Lukey has been Mr Reliable since he came back at the Aviva. Playing better than he was when capped.

Your kind words are so touching lads...……………………………….. I think we have a long way to go, but if we can get some sort of winning habit at home going it will do the cause no end of good. Get yourself along to Ravenspan. Take notes. Simples. :fleg: Did Geordan not take notes the last few times he was a...

Looks very likely to be Exeter.

Would you prefer Toulouse or Exeter?
Makes no difference. We'll be away to Exeter in the semi >EW

Re: Ulster v Bath

Line out may be fixable in the short term. However the chronic lack of props isn’t so easy to sort out. Every team will target our scrum. We have four front line props who are good enough - McGrath, Moore, O'Toole and Sullivan. Milosonevich ( is that the correct spelling ) would undoubtedly have he...

Great weekend for Tigers. Avoided the drop  and secured a home Euro q/f. Onwards and upwards

Apparently Championship teams need to demonstrate they have stayed within the EP salary cap for 2 seasons to be promoted...

How much did McCall know?
They're already out of the HEC for at least 2 seasons.

Re: Ulster v Bath

We were 3rd gear today. Handling was poor at times. I wasn’t too concerned re the lineout today however a few worrying points. The scrum was dire. TOT is 18mths short, without MM we are in big trouble. The injury to G Milo is hurting us. R Kane isn’t really the answer unfortunately at this level. I...

Re: English Premiership 2019/20

They should be thrown out of the ECC as well. Let them think they get thru with a win tomorrow and then boot 'em out. :D Throws up a lot of issues. This surely gives them an unfair advantage as they can now treat their domestic league fixtures with contempt. Likewise, the teams who have already pla...

Thanks, Merv. So, if we get out of the pool, we could catch Leicester. We could also get above the 50/50 win/lose ratio against both the English and the French. Just another wee bit of incentive.
I believe it is now 26-26 v the Lionels.

Exeter away might pose a bit of a hurdle mind.

English teams are a joke. Bring back the Italians
It would be ludicrous if Saints went through as a best runner up after those 2 games.
Looks like they will
If Sorries manage a bp win the marra, they could be back in Dublin for another hammering.
