Re: Garces strikes again

Another harsh red from our pal Jerome. http://www.rugbydump.com/2015/05/4286/sergio-parisse-harshly-red-carded-as-brice-dulin-gets-tipped-up-in-the-air Crazy, crazy decision! Parisse even had his shirt pulled whilst in the air, he competed for the ball, never had his hands or arms anywhere ...

Re: Who was your UlsterMOTM vs Munster?

Hendo was cruising towards MOTM before 'the incident' - PJ's and Ruan's distribution was par excellence as was PJ's kicking off the tee - alas his kicking from hand just misfired a few times. Rory, as ever, was everywhere, and VDM was well up there, but for sheer work rate, tackling and being a gene...

Sad news - a class act indeed. 'St Patrick and the Snakes' fondly remembered a well as the 'Diagonal Steam Trap' - timeless! Now minded out to dig out my cassette of some of his best recordings.

Re: Clermont v Toulon

What was the attendance numbers? Did Twickenham look half empty? Top deck was closed, they must have moved people down from it The atmosphere sounded pretty good on the TV coverage (as you would expect from Clermont fans). However, who was singing Swing Low when 1/2p was lining up to kick - the Cla...

Re: Re:Good Luck from a Mexican

We made our annual trip to Ravenhill, which as always is a bit of craic. The banter with the Ulster fans is always great and I have to admit i felt delighted that you guys won not just because you were far and away the better side but you have something to play for , namely the Pro 12. It was great...

Re: Time to look ahead

Well after a great show on Friday we are assured of finishing in the top 4. But will we get a home semi? Glasgow are sitting pretty and need one more win to guarantee a home slot. It would be good if they get that win next week against the Tospreys but I cant se it. So they'll play us probably need...

Great team performance all round. VDM, Lulu, Gillers and Nugget were all outstanding but Hendo was a cut above - he just seems to get better and better!

My vote goes to Rory - but with special mentions to Hendon, VDM , PJ and Ludo? In terms of the match overall serious credit must go to Henshaw, Healy and Muldoon. What a match!

The Ritz was a cinema on the corner of the Grosvenor Road and the Castle Inn was a pub in Castle entry where BHS are now . You could have a glass of Beer and a Ferguson's pie for 1 /6 at lunch time . Ferguson's made the pies in a building close to Littlewoods in Ann St opposite the Capstan Bar and ...

Re: What are you listening to?

Went to the 60th anniversary Eurovision show this week – it’s on the tele tomorrow I think. Ireland legend Johnny Logan was on good form. There was some Riverdancing earlier in the evening too for some reason. Brotherhood of Man, Lordi and Bobbysox were the best, along with Conchita’s Bond theme th...

Re: Soccer ball at Ravespan?

Does anyone know the total capacity of each stand, and terrace at Ravers? Or where this could be found? From memory - Memorial and Family Stands approx 1750 seated each - main stand approx 3500 - east seating approx 1000. That makes about 8,000 seated - the rest (10,000) standing on the 4 terraces....

Re: Marshall and Wilson cited

The lad Hughes from Wasps got "3 weeks" last night for his accidential knee to North's head on Fri night. Banned for next 4 weekends (until April 28). Its more like a 3 game ban, potentially 4 if Wasps beat Comic Book Guy's World XV on Sunday. Surely a certainty that Williams will miss the rest of ...
