Re: Brexit - now we see what it means.

The only responsible thing now to do is have another referendum. Just waiting to hear the date, but according to polls (yes I know, who needs experts) it will still be a close run thing, given the huge majority of the UK population are in England & Wales and therefore thicker than pigshite as a gen...

Re: Time to move on

ROG getting a few jibes in here about Munster winning the Hcup first, saying Ulsters wasn't proper, then later getting more jibes in that only 55% of the Ulster playing squad is homegrown, with the crowd cheering on both occasions. They don't like us down there, just a pity those within UR don't hav...

Re: Michael Lowry the new Jack Kyle

Lyttle has the talent, his injury record is the problem.

He'd be a huge asset to the 1st XV currently.

From what I hear, I very much doubt Rainey is after the Ulster job.

Re: Ulster Squad 2018/19

Did someone not say that he came at the behest of D4 to see if it would work out. It seems it didn't. Looks like we're not getting the other international 9 that was being considered either. Who was there other international 9 that was being considered? Just on 9s, what is the alleged role Pienaar ...

I get the feeling Timoney needs 2 workhorses at flanker to really shine, something Ulster have lack for the past few seasons.

Re: Time to move on

Sounds like they knew Logan was going during the trial, going by Cunninghams comments.

The main thing for Bryn is signing a few quality NIQ forwards for next season. Re-signing Marcell would be a great start, given his lack of return on investment etc etc.

Re: Ulster v Leicester MoTM

Addison, Lowry or Timoney. Lowry has the lowest centre of gravity I've seen in ages. Especially impressed as he was obviously targeted and fluffed his first take, then recovered mightily. Probably should've had Stockdale in for one but at least he has the confidence to go for it. O'Connor probably ...

Re: Ulster v Leicester MoTM

Timoney made a carry off a defensive 5m scrum, made about 10m and relieved so much pressure. That was a big game play, the sort of play that wins games. Very impressive.
