Re: Your 1st choice 23 man squad for the upcoming season.

Will we really see Hendo move to the back row again? I doubt it unfortunately, I think Joe will want him to remain where he is IMO less effectual in the engine room and Tuohy will lose his spot. I see they've still got in excess of 300 q/f scarves in stock at the knock down price of £2. Good luck shifting them  http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/03/22/article-2586586-1C7AAF3300000578-496_634x364.jpg "Limited edition Ulster v Sarries scarves yours for the bargain price of just 2 ...

Re: Any sign of our new home shirt ?

My biggest problem with Kukri is that the other merchandise (hoodies, polos etc) mostly look terrible. Stupid polo shirts with daft lines and stripes all over them. Why can't we just have a PLAIN polo shirt with the proper Ulster badge on it - not that wacky US college style tripe that's been about...

"Ireland hooker Rory Best will take over from Johann Muller as the new captain of Ulster. "

No surprise really.

Re: BBC2NI coverage of Pro12

Sky to show games on Saturday afternoon; BBC2W on Friday night and S4C on Sunday afternoon. So if Ulster are at home then their game (if covered by Sky) will clash with club matches. Don't think this is a good thing. What do others think? It would only be a couple of times a year and I don't think ...

That purple yoke doesn't look as bad when you see it worn.

I think we'll be the same as last year just with a few games moved to Sky instead.

Re: Any sign of our new home shirt ?

If the leaked pictures are accurate, the new away shirt looks truly awful. The away shirt should be black or red. Canterbury's last away kit was a decent black one and made from decent material. The red effort they wore in Clermont was also pretty good. If they do want to go beyond "traditiona...

Re: Guinness Pro 12? for 14/15

As far as I'm aware as part of the deal Sky have to give equal coverage to all teams - I think it works out at two home games each and then one further game home or away. Not sure if that's right but it's a way of ensuring that a scenario doesn't occur where the big teams like us, Leinster and Muns...
