So It Is wrote: Wed Mar 27, 2024 12:19 pm I'd bite someone's arm off for a point. But tbf I'd also settle for the likes of McCann, Wilson, Sheridan to all have good games in a losing battle. And maybe for our backline to show some sort of positives.
Have to agree. Whatever happened to that much vaunted backline?

Surely we can give the bloke a chance!
I know some fantastic people who are civil servants, other wonderful people with health care backgrounds and a few with both strings to their bow.

Re: Sharks v Ulster Saturday 23rd March 1pm Kick Off Viaplay Sports

I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but we need to stop this talk of "realistically having a chance to win the Parker Pen." Left in the competition are: -Glaws -Clermont -Benetton -Embra -Sale -Lions -Sharks -Connacht I'd fancy all 8 of those sides to beat us in our current state. And given we ...

Re: Sharks v Ulster Saturday 23rd March 1pm Kick Off Viaplay Sports

I know it makes me a bad person to say it but I really wouldn't mind a season in the Challenge Cup, while we 'rebuild'. We'd have a realistic chance of winning. Of course, if we win it this year...

Re: Sharks v Ulster Saturday 23rd March 1pm Kick Off Viaplay Sports

I’m not sure that Ireland produces too many decent head coaches True enough, although McCall and O'Gara, and Cullen are doing the business at the minute. Any interested in coming to Ulster? Not a chance. Eddie O'Sullivan, Declan Kidney? Nah, not really. Michael Bradley? Would take a genius to do so...

Re: 6 Nations 2024

I assume there's no absolutely possibility of a promotion / relegation thing. An official system, I would say two hopes Bob and No. An expansion of the tournament unlikely also. Best the likes of Georgia can aim for imo is unofficial games like the one they are proposing. Indeed, Neill. It would be...

Re: Medallion Shield

Pretty much a one sided final, However Sullivan hung in there and never gave up. Terrible final. The draw resulted in the top four teams facing each other in the first round, followed by the winners competing in the quarterfinals. Moving forward, seeding is necessary to ensure fairness. Sent from m...

To be fair though the atmosphere at Windsor is 10 times better..
Has been since the new stadium (the Ravenhill one, that is) was built. Windsor is a mile better but to, be honest, the Windsor Park atmosphere isn't what it used to be either.
